Fix or unclog oiler on 16in. poulan chainsaw the end that goes into the resevuior comes out, the other end is a bloch with slats. Does that end pop out? in order to clean it? I believe it is clogged with saw dust. Just don't want to break it

Pull it out and blow through it from the pump end . this should clear out any debris. check the plastic pump gear it is very common for them to fail.
