Report "Flashbacks on both burners. heater lights fine but after only a minute or so both burners flasnback and start burning behind the screens. this results in burner head and fuel delivery tube heating up to the point of turning cherry red. heater is brand new. don't see anything to adjust. is there a solution to this problem? appreciate any help"
