Flashing green indicator lights
This is only the second time using this product with in 24 hours from each use. I started it up, waited for it to warm up and I got nothing. All I got is both the griddle and the grill/panini indicator lights flashing green.I have looked through the entire manual and indicate absolutely nothing wrong with the product. Can you please tell me if there is a solution to this issue?

When the green light is flashing, it is not at the set temperature. It will be solid when temperature is correct. You are selecting grill or griddle and then turning the temperature knob for that selection? It's not working with either selected?
