I have a Vivitek 56 DLP that is 2 yrs old, the bulb blew up a year ago and just replaced it, and its doing the same thing it did last time. It starts slowly, a flash then another til its flashing really fast in Blk, Wht and a little color. Its almost like the bulb is doing it but watched that and it is fine, it is something else I think. No matter what I do it just keeps getting worse. Cant watch the tv for more than 30 or 30 min, sometimes not even that long. It doesnt show any problems but if it continues I know it will blow the new bulb. I called Vivitak and am really dissapointed in that they were abousolutely no help, nor did they really offer any. Gave me a number to a guy I have been trying to reach for almost a month now. He does not call back....I am gonna try the canned air thing on the color wheel and hope that does it, if it does or doesnt I will post the info here...If anybody out there has had this problem and fixed it please let me know..
