Flickering video with Denon AVR 1910
I have a Denon Avr 1910 and have changed from a bell HD PVR 9200 to 9241 and now the video is flickering. When I connect directly to the TV all is ok. I have tried different HDMI cables and nothing changes.

I had the same issue with my Denon AVR-1908.....It turned out to be the cable box, not the receiver. I would suggest you unplug your cable box, remove and reseat the cable card,HDMI cables, and finally the cable line itself. Make sure the wires are not frayed or otherwise pinched.
