Hi!, we have a MINOHD model F460B PSV-465 and we had a problem today. We unplugged the camcorder while we were saving some videos from our laptop to the camcorder again and we think we damaged the software. At the begining we saw only color thin lines in the display when we press "play" but we were still able to record videos and play them. And we used it. But then, we shut it off and we could not turn it on again. It's so sad. Could you help us? TKS A LOT!
