Flip Ultra camera - after turning on, the Flip icon shows up, but then freezes. It won't even shut off. We have to take the batteries out to turn it off. Called customer service 3 days ago. Was told to take the batteries out for 24-48 hours, then put them back in and it should work. We did this, but the camera is still frozen. I only bought the camera this past May (2008) I was taping and then when I turned my flip off, it froze up and now won't do anything

This should be a problem with your memory card...... If you are using a Memory Card try to use a smaller size memory card....... If you are not using a memory card then thats a problem with the camera itself........ Good Luck.....
