FLX-2610 tv.Has always worked fine. Bought a new desktop todsy & hooked up tv as monitor.Now I can't get it out of standby. Changed batteries in remote but not getting response from on set controls either. Any ideas?

Have you tried using the power button on the TV instead of using the remote?
This could be a stress or overheating issue on the TV. Try to power cycle the TV by unplugging the power cord from the wall outlet and leave it disconnected for about 30 minutes, then turn it back on.
If same problem occur, then it's the power supply board that have gone bad. For power supply board problem, It would be best to contact the manufacturer or a repair tech for second opinion.
