For a HamiltonBeach Brew Station 12 cup coffemaker: My discharge trickles sort of slowly. Subsequently, stops coming straight dow, but runs down the back behind the cup. Must tilt the appliance forward in orger to control the discharge. Have tried using coffee pot cleaners. Have tried flushing the filter from both sides (upper and lower). Problem continues. Can I purchase a new discharge filter?

You can, you need to contact hamilton beach to get a new filter, it sounds like that one is shot for sure. Their number is 800-851-8900. You should be able to just hit 0 when the recording picks up and get to a live person. Although it may be too late tonight still.
