For HP 46 cartridgeonly red colour comes fold up a paper kitchen towel and soak it in hot water.the print head is on the hot wet paper. Leave it for10-15 minutes.but no result.What should I do ?
Only one colour red comes from the HP 46 catridge.The step is to fold up a paper kitchen towel and soak in it in hot near boiling water. Sit the cartridge on it so that the print head is resting on the hot wet paper. Leave it there for 10-15 minutes. I do that but no result. What should I do now?

1) The issue can be fixed by turning on and turning off the printer continuously for 5 times.
2) One thing that should be noted when doing this is, you should remove the cartridge from the slot and perform the above-mentioned solution.
3) After doing it, the printer works normally.
