I only get feedback on my Remote Start FOB 50% of the time. It is not a range issue as I am only 20 feet away from the car. The car usually starts, just don't get feedback to the fob. System was installed by Ford Dealership on a 2007 Fusion. Sometimes I get 2 blips on the red LED, but none on the green LED. Sometimes I get the Green Led once to let me know that the car got the command, but never get confirmation after that. The antenna was mounted on the back of the electronic rearview mirror by the dealership. The installation manual that I have from the Ford Website says it should be mounted to the glass. Dealership says that they have a sinstruction sheet that came with the kit that says to put it on the back of the mirror.
