Ford Ranger won't move?
2003 Ford Ranger (manual) turns on just fine and sounds normal but now won't move forwards or backwards when I shift into gear or leave it in neutral and try to push. Feels like parking break is on but it's not. I've read a lot of posts of people saying it might be transmission, but I just had my transmission fluid replaced 5 days ago. Any ideas?

Sounds like transmission locked, ensure the vehicle is in 2H, select 1st gear, start up & try to drive forward, now reverse as if rocking the vehicle. ELD must be disengaged, if any warning lights start flashing, the transmission is jammed, if that's the case it's a tow to repair centre.
To test the park brake, jack up a rear wheel, ensure front wheels are chocked, release park brake, rear wheel should turn.
DO NOT DRIVE MORE THAT 5 YARDS CARRYING OUT THESE OPERATIONS.
You might need a new whole transmission or new brakes or brake fluid.
