If your sure you have a virus I would try to download Malwarebytes free version here; http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free Run the quick scan first and let it make necessary repairs. If you have an antivirus you're happy with, run a full scan after that. If you don't, you can download a free version here; http://www.avira.com/en/avira-free-antivirus Run a full scan and let it make necessary repairs. Then alot some time to run a full scan with Malwarebytes. This process will take some time but, should remove viruses that are blocking you from uninstall and/or may even repair your problem all together. You may want to consider CCleaner also, unfortunately they don't offer it free any more but, it's a good all around cleaner and, will clean your registry as well as unused files.
