Hi Most people do damage trying to get into their machines. You must have a little experience with electrical items. You can do more damage if you don't know what you are doing. FIRST UNPLUG THE MACHINE! 1. Remove the clock by pulling out. 2. Remove the nut inside. 3. Turn the machine around and remove the #2 allen screw on the back 4. Push up on the bolt you removed the nut from. Some times it takes a tap with a piece of wood and a small hammer. This will release the pressure pins inside. Rerverse the process for assembly except for the hammer.
