It's worked a dream for a year, but one month ago just stayed cool, and fails to make ice. I figure loss of freon charge or some such, but cannt find any authorized Franklin Chef repair folks near Conroe, TX.repair. I filed a case with Franklin 2 weeks ago, but zero response since. Compressor is still under warranty.
