Freezer gets cold, upper refrigerator does not. Looks like there is an opening for cold air to come into the refrigerator, it isn't blocked. Air just isn't rising from freezer to fridge

You have bad fan motor,located behind freezer wall,accessible from the front inside freezer,lots of disassembly required-awkward repair,but worth it
