freezer (largest size)
The side of our sub zero (where the freezer is) is really hot where the door connects. The fridge side is ok...everything is cold, but service light is on. What should I do???

Check the fan in the rear of the unit. If it is running, check the rear panel inside the freezer section and tell me if there is frost building up on the outside of this panel.
Check whether the temprature is set properly in the freezer on proper level.
OFF the unit to get it defrost. defrost the unit for 24hours and then set the tempratures to the normal , not very high not very low.just adjust it to the normal level.and it will reset it self after defrosting.ON the unit.let it work for 2-3 hours and then adjust the temprature as you set regularly and then check mostly it works after resetting.
yes turn the fridge off.do not touch any of the internal components in ON condition also remove the power wire from the electric outlet for more safety.
