Freezer not cooling at all. I replaced the thermostat and the timer...no improvement the compressor is hot and not emitting cold to the cold side of the unit Please help

If compressor is very hot to touch then either it is faulty or unit short of gas or a blockage in pipework. makes no difference really. lesson is, don't replace parts at random - diagnose fault properly instead
