Freezer on top model. freezer works fine. Refg. isn't cold. light works. frig. isn't room temp so SOME cool air is getting in - not enough to preserve food
The duct that allows the air to the bottom has frozen over. Put remaining food in an ice chest and unplug the unit for about six to eight hours. This will allow the ice to clear and restore airflow. If you want to hurry the process then you can use a hair dryer and blow it through the opening in the rear top of the refrigerator. Hope this helps. Good luck.
