I set it up on my desktop, which removed the older version of my palm desktop software and everything was fine. I set up two separate accounts one for my T3 one for the Centra. I was setting up my T3 for Bluetooth and it had a fatal error. (this was a few days later, after I sync’ed and had been using it with no problems). I had to hard reset but it still hung at the palm screen. I finally had to take off the back and disconnect the battery. It came up, but one of the icons on the extend screen was missing and it kept crashing when I tried to do anything. Since then I have:
1. Removed the new desktop software and installed v 4.1.4 . That might be the same version from Verizon, but I got it from the Palm Page (I am not sure what v I was using before).
2. Slicked my palm and reinstalled the original OS. That worked. (The icons were fixed and it operated ok).
3. Tried to resync, but received a fatal error in the process. After reset, I am right back were I was. Now even disconnecting the battery will not reset it.

Oh, at sync, I did not install the quarantined 3rd party software per the pop up screen.

I am sure I left out some important detail, but I am a little panicked. I am pretty sure my data is safe, but we all know how dependent we get on these little pocket brains… besides, it’s my friend.
