Freezes when I try to playback video
When I turn on my DXG-567V HD Digital Camera, it will work fine until I press the right button (brings you to the video playback feature). Then it will freeze and I have to take the batteries out to turn it off. I need help because I need to use it soon. Thank you.

Is your SD card formatted. I had a similar problem and then fixed it. They have pretty good phone tech support. Get the phone number from online if the above doesn't work a you can format the SD card.
