Fresh Air: Replace the plate
Is there a better solution than calling the manufacturer regarding the Fresh Air Purifier, and its "replace the plate" problem? I also ordered a new plate, and no progress was made. I bought mine privately, so I do not think calling the manufacturer is an option. Anything you could offer would be appreciated.

If you already have replaced a new plate and nothing happens, problem still there. Then you need to clean the unit. Unplugged the unit, take it apart step by step. Check the contact terminals for corrosion.If corroded,use a sandpaper to cleaned the contacts .Clean the filters all three sheats of foam,or you can use vacuum to vacuumed the filters.If you finish cleaning the purifier,try to look in the front panel for the reset button ,near the power button and press it to reset the system. 1-Make sure the plate is not broken, will display the message
2-there are two contacts on each side of the plate that must make contact with the screen
Do you want us to provide information about replacing the plate ?
Or do you expect us to provide manual
