Original softwear worked O.K. but when the upgrade came 1.4.9 i've had no luck down loading maps and backing up files. As soon as I try to down load a map the internet connection is lost and i am unable to reconnect. I've disabled my window and McAfee fire walls when down loading the softwear to no avail. Navagon are no help please, please can you help me. If not its time to go back to the Nuvi.
