Fret marker falling out of the fingerboard
One of the fret markers on my Ibanez GWB35 is popping out consistently on one side of the fingerboard. How exactly can I prevent this? Is there a specific type of glue I should use on the fingerboard to keep the fret line in place?

For maintainabilty, often HIDE glue (animal) is used by Luthiers. This is a heated glue usually.
The guitar probablly has reasonable value, I would take it to a Luthier as it ought to be a quick fix and would preserve the value... You should be able to find one in a phone book under musical instrument repair.
The hide glue is about as safe as any adhesive and is maintainable.
However since the guitar is high value, I would call a Luthier in your area and ask him. They would probably do the repair for a very nominal fee as well.
The advantage of hide glue is it can be released by heat to maintain things. It is what they usually glue acoustic instruments together with.
They supposedly have Hide glue in a tube at Ace Hardware and others, however I don't know if it has the same properties as the stuff you heat used by Luthiers.
I have used the mix and heat type to repair my wife's violin.
