Friar heats up to correct temp but doesn't maintain
After friar reaches desired temp app.350 degrees and turns off the burners will not relite, in another words it doesn't cyle on and off or maintain the temp. Turn it off and let it cool off and it will heat up and repeat as above.

The first thing I would check is the hi limit.If that not out then I would try to a temp. gauge that will read above 350 degrees.maybe the thermostats is not right. Reading to low for the temp.
