I have noticed black stuff melted onto some clothes. And sometimes, the clothes coming out are so hot they nearly burn me. I also have noticed that black vent-type panel on the back wall of the drum seems to be missing some of its coating (presumably what I've found on the clothes). Yet, other times, I open it to find there seems to be NO heat. Before paying hundreds for a repair person, does anyone have any advice or suggestions? My handy BF can do the work as long as we know exactly what parts are needed to resolve.
