Frigidaire Fornt Load Washer Model Number LTF2940ESO. The drum seems to be getting stuck when trying to turn. When I turn it by hand, it flows freely for a portion of a rotation, but then gets stuck like there is either something jammed or a brake is engaged. What is wrong? Thanks, Dave

This seems an issue with the bearing . It holds the drum and might be either off balance or broken. Slowly after few days you might experience a noisy spin as well. I am posting a video which would explain you how to get to the bearing and get it replaced or at least figure out how to get to it to troubleshoot it:
