Sounds like the drain is blocked, melt out the ice with a hair dryer until you can remove the bottom bin or draw, and remove the second drawer or bin, look at the inside back wall of the freezer and follow it down to the bottom,if you can't see the drain hole you'll have to remove the wall to get at the drain, slime and food gets stuck in the drain and when the machine defrosts the ice that melts off of the evap coil turns to water and it goes down the drain and down into the pan where it evaporates from the heat of the compressor and condenser but when the drain gets blocked the water has nowhere to go but onto the floor of the freezer and eventually onto the kitchen floor,i use a steemer to blow out the drain hose if you don't have one melt out as much ice that you can and pour hot water into the hole, with something like a turkey baster or anything that will push through the drain will work, when you think it's clear pour more hot water into the drain,if it goes down you're done if not keep at it until the water drains through.hope this helps
