I have a frigidaire top load washer model MWS939ZAS3 the inner drum is during the wash cycle doesn't get turn only the agitate works. As per test procedure via online advice of the transmission is checked it is ok I can't findout what else could be a problem, please help for this issue. Thanks Kasim
