front end loader
After the wash is done I reach in to get my clothes and they are sopping wet. Try to do a spin cycle again, but to no avail. It sounds like the machine is going thru the proper channels/gears. Could the there be a blockage?

Mine is doing this too. The "wax motor" that locks the door during wash has failed so the machine will not go Spin Cycle.
HI...mine has just started dong the very same thing. I unplugged it to reset the computer and tried
just the 'spin' setting....still...the water is still in the machine....not sure what to do. I thought a blockage too.
