Front fork too narrow to fit tire
Just received the Razor freestyle bike, step one in the instructions, insert the tire between the front fork plates. Sounded easy enough, except the front fork plates are 3" apart, and the width of the tire axle, measuring from the outside of each inner nut, is 3 7/8". There is no way this tire is going to fit in between the fork plates, and there is no way I can spread the fork apart (don't think that would be wise even if I could do that). Any suggestions? Has anyone else had this problem with assembling the Razor freestyle bike?

Sounds like the box may have been squashed. send it back to where you got it from or its not that hard to spread the forks apart by pulling them. used to do this all the time when servicing mountain style bikes that have been thrashed by customers :)
