Front keys on my phone won't respond
Recently, i've dropped it maybe, twice and the battery fell out. and when i powered it up, the gray keys surrounding the number pad on the front wouldn't respond. none of the directional keys, the ok key, the send/end keys, etc. none of them worked.

My phone did this. It was six months old and Verizon replaced it no questions asked. They ship you a new phone and you have ten days to mail the old one back so you have time to take them both to the store and let the tech move the contacts over.
