FRONT USB PORTS DOES NOT WORK
AT FIRST IT WORKED AND THERE WAS A POWER SEARGE. RIGHT AFTER THAT MY FRONT PORT WAS NOT WORKING AYMORE. CAN IT BE THE CAPASITOR THAT IS BLOWN.? I Checked everything and it seems fine. But still nou front USBs

Its typical that after a power surge, some capacitors or controllers are blown. It may seem fine, but maybe its only one circuit blown on the usb controller, which you cant see without a magnifier.
If you don't want to change the whole motherboard, just buy and additional USB PCI card
