Report "Frozen picture Our creative webcam works fine with all but one contact. When we link up via Skype all they can see is a frozen picture (still image) of us. Its always the first image so cahanges if we disconect and call back. We can see them moving etc and all is OK our end. Could it be our camera? A problem with Skype? Their camera (although they say it works fine with their other contacts. Any help would be welcome"
