FTP apparently i don't have one
I have a dynamic internet connection and i was told by my ISP that therefore i do not have an FTP because it changes every time I connect to the internet. What should I do to make a website?

You can buy a domain name and space from a company and host your website there....
go to www.thewhir.com to look for hosts or you can just google for some hosts....
Famous ones include 1and1.com, godaddy.com etc!
