It used to scan duplex, but at one point it stopped. I can still instruct it to do so but it won't. Also, scandall21 utility doesn't work well either. I just tried a scan and got error AppName fimage.exe AppVer: 4.2.16.0 ModName: wiadss.dll, Mod Ver: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 0001a789 -- it was in a continuous loop supposedly converting, but probably not. It used to scan duplex but now when I use Adobe Acrobat's create pdf from scanner utility, it scans one side and prompts for the reverse pages to be inserted. How do I get it to scan duplex as it used to do?
