There was a wreck with a gas truck and a train about 4days ago and it mest up some power lines down the road from us. We think that when it exploded there was a power surge or something because our unit now will not work. The timer indicator light flashes 3 times about every 30sec on the indoor unit. The indoor unit is set on cool and the fan is on auto. The indoor fan is running but the condenser isnt doing anything. Could this have something to do with the timer light flashing.
