Just did this on my 2002 C320. The blue 15 amp fuse is located in the front fuse box under the hood. It is either #47 or 48. If you already opened the driver-side fuse box, see if the paper fuse map is still there. If it is, find the fuse to be sure. Replacement is very easy, but there is a fuse puller tool in the spare tire well where your kit of replacement fuses should be. if you are in luck and you have a replacement, use the puller tool and replace the fuse.
Very simple, The lighter fuse is located in the driver (FUSE) are. Located as you open the door there will be a (Panel) the fastest way to fix this is to PULL all fuses one by one and find the burnt fuse and replace it.
