Fuses i hooked my amp up to some 15 inch subs was humping for 30 sec. and the fuses burned out so I replaced them and every time I try to put new fuses they burn out without even having the key turned top on need help asap thanks

Your problem of blowing fuses more than likely isn't stemming from too low of an impedance, you probably have either a bad ground or a short somewhere along the power line run.
Check the ohm measurement of the speakers make sure they are about the rated ohms.Check them UNHOOKED from the amp. (Useually 4 ohms.)
Try different subs.
