While driving, the car becomes unresponsive and won't accelerate suddenly. Pressing the gas petal doesn't do anything and there is no pressure behind it & the breaks seem to seize up a little as for reason's above harder to steer. Only solution is to use that momentum you've got to get out of the way turn off the car and "try" to restart. Problem doesn't seem to discriminate from times of idling and active driving. Very recent issue but has made the vehicle unsafe to drive as it just stops working. Had to recently replace one single spark plug cord to the vehicles first cylinder, it had been some how melted till it actually severed the cord causing engine misfire. There are no warnings or alerts, it is like the engine drops randomly. :c Battery is good as is the alternator -- Just had it checked. I've kept up with regular maintenance, but last good tune up was at least 2 years past now. I am pushing 200,000 miles. Going for a high score....
