Possibly Ram, try and see if removing and replacing helps Other causes may be voltage issues ( check the bios and see what the various rails are telling you) eg: there should be readings for 12 volts 5 volts and 3 volts, if any are + or - by 10%, there is an issue with the voltge controller. You might want to try a replacement PSU?
After this.. bad video ( check by installing a video card) Temperature warnings ( check in bios to see under PC health status) what the cpu and board temps are running at, if above 70 degrees...overheating issue or more likely at start up, board thinks that the CPU fan is not running fast enough or not working. If fan IS working, you have a problem with the CPU fan sensor, will need to replace mobo
