Gaggenau EB 378610 bottom element won't come on. Have two of them with the exact same problem. Only way to get them to heat is to switch on convection
To get ovens to temp you have to switch on convection - there is another element behind the fan. Bottom element never heats, there are two identical ovens with the exact same issue. Tech told me it was the selector switch that is no longer available to purchase anywhere. Seems odd that bot would have the same issue.
