Gaggia Synchrony Digital - the FILL WATER TANK message stays on
The FILL WATER TANK message kept coming on even though the tank was full. It would go off sometimes when I picked up the tank. I got it to run through a descale cycle and two rinse cycles but now the FILL WATER TANK message is on all the time no matter what I do. I am able to get to the menu but I can't run rinse or any other command that uses water.

Is this a New Machine?
If yes, you need to Contact the Manufacturer for Weight Sensor.There are many Reports that People are getting this Message due to the Weight Sensor.
If that is an Old Machine, Chances are there, it could be at Fault.Check the float in the water tank,it can stick or leak water and sink to the bottom.

Also there is a little floating black thing at the back of the container, this
works as a magnet switch. see if it is there or is stuck and doesn't
raise with the water level.
