Gaggia Syncrony won't heat up
I switch the machine on and the green light (number 24) flashes to indicate it is warming up but it never gets there it just keeps flashing for at least half an hour. It worked fine yesterday and the machine is 2 weeks old although I have used it daily. The manual says to descale which I have done but it shouldn't scale after 2 weeks should it.

I turn on the machine and the red light flashes. I tried taking out the coffee dispenser unit and turning it on again, but it didn't help. The steam nozzle dispenses water and steam but then no.28 won't go off and no.23 won't go on! Plus, no water comes out of the coffee dispenser no.14. It just generally DOES NOT WORK. I'm afraid I'll break one of the parts if I try to take it apart or descale it.
The only thing that comes to mind is that one of the thermostats need to be reset, it is possible that the machine got too hot and cut the power to the elements.
