Switch off the appliance by pressing the ON/OFF switch (7) to the “O” position and remove the plug from the wall outlet.
• Open the service cover . Remove the drip tray and the coffee grounds drawer.
•Remove the coffee dispenser, holding it by its handle and pressing the “PUSH” button .
• Make sure that the two steel filters are free from any coffee residues.
The top filter can be removed by unscrewing the plastic pin anticlockwise using the key provided .

Check the position of the gear if the small arrow is not matching with the N, try to rotate it, if it can not rotate then this mean that you have a mechanical gear problem and need to desasembe the machine in order to find the broken part. If the arrow mutch with N the the problem is due to coffee that dry out and the group is only stuck in, by a little force and a slight movements left and right you can easily unstuck and you can clean it with running hot water under tap. The problem it can also by a brocken lock lever so when you press the level by your hand this is broken and can not unlock the group so you can remove it out. You can try to use a long screwdriver to unlock it so it can then remove it.
You can also try a water spayer which we use for spaing ater to plants leaves, but in this case you can use hot water and try spay around the dipencer and points you can see that dry coffe might work like glue and stucking the dispencer.
Also since the dispencer is already 5 mm out and the push buton locked open you can use a lttle more forced by grap the whole dispencer and try to move it left and wright so it can be unstuck.
