Gan't get in to it
When I click on the QW.EXE a window comes up with.
One of the library files needed to run C:\QUICKENW\QW.EXE cannot load in the 16-bit Windows subsystem because it is a Win32 DLL.

I have81003004 problem ,I use LAN connection not dial up .When I make setting up for proxy Dial up can`t be changed Thanks alot
