Hi there, we have a chamberlain power drive door opener which is ok to go up using the remote, will not go up using the switch in the garage unless you press the lock button at the same time. The light on the garage wall switch has also gone out. The up function will not work form remotes, again the only way to fix is by pressing the lock key as well as the up/down button. I will really appreciate you help with this matter.
