1) Does the door operate using the inside (wall mounted) unit? If not, check the circuit breaker for the unit. Also check the housing of the motor; look for a "reset" button to push. It's usually red in color. 2) If there is power to the unit, replace the battery in the wireless keypad. If that doesn't fix it, the keypad may be defective.
