Gardenway tiller, 8hp techumseh, need to know where the gov. spring connects at throttle cable assy. round spring but end is not in one of the several holes at this location and this will not let the engine rev. when throttled up. have a diagram of this linkage? thanks, steve

The manual you want is titled Tecumseh Service Manual. You may have to join the website, but it is a free site and they will not sell your info.
