Garland range griddle top
I have a garland 6 burner gas range with 36" griddle top and two ovens. The griddle top seems to be collecting grease and rising at the front, away from the drain. I got the griddle to lift up in the front to scrape the grease away. How do I get it to return to its original setting so the grease will all drain forward?

I have a 48" Garland griddle 4 burner thermostat controlled and I can't have it above low all the way across because it is so hot it burns my eggs. I have 1/4 of the griddle I can cook an egg on, if I turn the griddle where it should be at 250,300,300,350 the whole griddle turns black. I need a repair man to turn down the temperatures that it is set on. please sent a reply to [email protected] with all the repair companies that are available in around Orillia/Barrie Ontario Canada Thank you
Hi, you may have to remove the griddle top completely, as when you lifted the front, you may have knocked shims out of the back ledge, the best way to do this is get another person to help you lift it off, get the shims back in place, and relevel the griddle.
Hope this helps, and thank you.
Make sure your unit is leval if you have alarge build up you will have to remove griddle and claen then reinstall
